HR Compensation Manager - MBA 8 - 10 years exp
- MBA from Tier I/II with 8 - 10 years of HR experience mainly in Compensation
- Preferable if with experience on global projects, Performance and Career Planning
- Proficient in MS XLS & PPT
- Planning and Project Management skills
- Strong functional knowledge and concepts
- Analytical bent of mind
- Understands various survey methodologies in market
- High on Initiative
- Excellent communication skills
Role is to handle:
- Salary benchmarking, Survey
- Executive compensation
- Expatriate Management
- Budgeting, modelling & high end HR analysis
- Compensation recommendations & modeling, Long term incentives etc
- Policy formulation and communication
- Benefits design & administration
- Provides C&B expertise and market knowledge to the business and HR
- Run medium sized initiatives and process execution with C&B focus
