- Recommend Annual Compensation Review guidelines
- Review store ACR proposal, in view of recommended guidelines
- Drive the ACR process and Variable pay scheme for the HO, ZO employees, analytics, proposal recommendation and finalization
- Ensure salary budgets are adhered to for the year
- Ensure the compensation recommendations are in line with business plans and context
- Employee communication on all Rewards and benefits related processes
- Drive the external annual compensation benchmarking exercise
- Communicating and educating employees on rewards philosophy and strategy
- Define productivity parameters for each function to build scientific ways to redesign the structure to achieve business targets
- Support the roll out of job evaluation through effective job analysis and creating detailed cases for each role
- Manage processes related to Job Evaluations in the businesses
- Ensure alignment in the organization structure through Ways of working and high quality job descriptions
- Drive Evaluation of new positions
