Role :
- Salary benchmarking, Survey
- Executive compensation & Expatriate Management
- Budgeting, modelling & high end HR analysis
- Compensation recommendations & modeling, Long term incentives etc
- Policy formulation and communication
- Benefits design & administration
- Run medium sized initiatives and process execution with C&B focus
Knowledge Skills :
- Proficient in MS XLS & PPT
- MBA from Tier I/II with 6-8 years of HR experience mainly in Compensation- Preferable if with experience on global projects, Performance and Career Planning
- Planning and Project Management skills
- Strong functional knowledge and concepts
- Understands various survey methodologies in market
- High on Initiative
- Excellent communication skills
