- Compensation Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with AHF's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Job Evaluation and Classification: Conduct job evaluations and classifications to determine appropriate salary grades and structures. Ensure internal equity and consistency in job descriptions and compensation across the organization.
- Salary Planning and Administration: Oversee the annual salary planning process, including budgeting, merit increases, promotions, and adjustments. Develop guidelines and policies for salary administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. -
- Benefits Administration: Collaborate with benefits team to design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular analysis of compensation data and market trends to make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements to compensation and benefits programs. Benchmark AHF's compensation practices against industry standards and competitors.
- Performance Management Integration: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with performance management processes. Develop incentive and bonus programs to reward high performance and achieve organizational objectives.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board of directors on compensation-related matters.
- Employee Communication and Education: Communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively to employees through various channels. Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on compensation policies, practices, and guidelines.
Job requirement/Skills:
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
