- Maintain sustainable relationship with Directors/Placement Committees/Principals of target campuses/ institutions/relevant industry bodies
- In charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle - attraction to induction. This includes all activities from drawing up a pre-placement talk schedule, calendaring and implementing events, offer letter release, pre-joining engagement and onboarding & induction
- Work with the Businesses in a Human Resource advisory role in understanding their campus recruitment needs. and creates custom plans to execute the same
- Manage and maintain market data on schools and evaluate them using internal and external parameters.
- Be the process owner and track best practices in the market. Suggests process improvements where necessary
- Seek unique opportunities where offerings of YES BANK (existing or new) can be leveraged in strengthening our brand at campuses
