The brand is making a conscious effort to bring the power of fashion to shoppers with an array of the latest and trendiest products available in the country.  Role: Manager - HR Business Partner  Location: Bangalore  Experience: 8-12 years  Shift: General   Reporting Manager :Sr Manager HR  Preferred: From BPO industry- VOLUME HIRING ORGANISATIONS  Team Management: Yes   Role Purpose: 	  - The objective of this role is to be a key HR business partner and front end the range of Generalist HR activities  - This would include focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management Process, MIS and data analysis, Training Needs Identification/Analysis, Induction and On boarding, Competency Framework Implementation, and Reward and Recognition plans amongst other areas.   - The individual in this role will work closely with HR specialist teams such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Services etc. and ensure needs of the business get fed back into the overall HR planning and strategy.   Area of Responsibility / Indicative Activities:  - This role is responsible for end to end delivery of HR solutions to the businesses within Client Organization and will report to the Sr Manager HR.   - Act as the HR partner of respective Business leaders and leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization   - Drive the organizational development agenda, through delivery of comprehensive learning & development programs at all levels. Understanding the factors that impact the business and financial performance of the organization and initiate interventions based on same.  - Review and develop the HR organization, process, system and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and maintain a robust HR governance framework at all functional levels  - Roll out and implementation of all HR processes to the business .
