HR Manager - BFSI/Consulting/KPO

We are currently looking for a Managerial Level position in HR Generalist based at Gurgaon with a leading BFSI organisation

Required experience of 3 + to 6 yrs with full time MBA from Tier 1 / 2 in Genaralist /Strategic HR from BFSI / BANKING or Consulting Industry ONLY

Role involves:

- Providing effective HR Relationship support and solutions to achieve business deliverables

- Partner with the Business to support the Growth Strategy through HR Policies, appropriate staffing framework, for

- Handling market level projects & Work as a strong business partnership advisor

- Align with Business on Strategic initiatives and Drive Best in Class Retention in operation

- Partner with other HR support groups - Global Talent, Leadership Training team etc – to ensure the development & delivery of holistic HR products/ processes to enhance performance levels.
