Your ability to drive change, use insights to equip decisions, and influence will be critical to success.   Key responsibilities include advise on employment legislation and associated risks, provide specialist advice on practical people management and employment related issues (e.g. restructuring, performance management),HR practices across the company, work on projects and assist and guide business managers, coaching as required, delivering on people initiatives including aligning performance, capability, talent and reward to the business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives aligned to our strategy and aspirations; and providing input into region-wide strategies and programs. This role will give you exposure to all levels of seniority as well as breadth across a wide range of market leading innovation and insights.  We are keen to hear from applicants who are self-motivated and able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery in a fast paced, high performing and matrixed environment. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, and personal credibility to influence senior management across the business will prove critical. Relevant degree-level qualifications in a related field are essential.
