Job Title : Lead - Architecture

This role is for Fortune 1, India.

Short Description -

The incumbent will be responsible to critically analyze and design solutions around - Hire to Retire- value chain to improve Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Experience for Hydrocarbons business at RIL. He/ she would recommend both incremental and disruptive changes to the HR processes/ systems and ensure a robust solutioning with the IT teams. He/she will design process & system solutions, introduce innovative practices and relevant automation for creating next generation HR practices.

Long Description :

Job Accountabilities :

- Conceptualize framework for the future employee experience & organization effectiveness at RIL to be delivered leveraging futuristic technology solutions

- Drive continuous innovation via technology deployment and advanced analytics

- Identify opportunities for improvements and integration across - Hire to Retire- process value chain

- Make presentations & deliver in meetings with the key stakeholders including the HRLT team, Business heads.

- Liaise with global thought leader(s) and HR Leadership team of RIL to leverage their knowledge and foresights in design and implementation phases

- Stay abreast of changes, latest trends and best practices in the HR space and identify opportunities to incorporate the same in relevant HR processes

- Lead 2 - 3 member team and liaise with various HR functional teams and other cross-functional teams

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

- Expertise in HR processes and creating HR solutions as per organizational needs

- Deep passion for innovative and futuristic HR solutions and technologies, latest trends and best practices in the HR space

- Strong research oriented bent of mind and analytical skills

- The ability to present ideas in a clear, concise and compelling fashion to any audience

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

- 10-15 years experience (post MBA) in one of the sub-functions of HR in an operational or consulting environment

- Human Resources Domain knowledge

- Preferably having experience in HR transformation project or latest HR technology/ ERP design
