Acme Housing India Private Limited is looking for a mid level HR manager to work with the head of human resources to setup HR processes within the organization.

Any graduate with an MBA (HRM/OD) from reputed institute with min 3 years experience in a medium sized company as a generalist. He/She should be exposed to talent acquisition and management, Man power planning, Performance Management including awareness in identification of Competency, Knowledge of OD interventions, Employee Relations, Knowledge of Compensation and Benefit structuring, Training need identification, knowledge of minimum wages, PF, ESIC, Contract labor and wage administration and general administration

- To ensure goal setting for the current financial year for all corporate associates at all levels. (This would include individual and group meeting with the concerned HOD’s to identify KRA)

- Ensure modification of all personnel job descriptions and make sure they are aligned with individual KRA’s

- Counseling employees at all levels and suggesting remedial action as and when required to ensure minimum/no dissatisfaction.

- To ensure identification through various sources, viz job portals, placement consultants, head hunting and others, requisite number of manpower pool to ensure timely recruitment and selection of personnel.

- Ensure selected personnel are inducted with HR policies, issue of offer letters, background checks; negotiate compensation package and issue of appointment letters.

- Monitor all post joining formalities such as issue of mobile, obtaining testimonials, bank account opening etc

- Identification of training needs using various methods and preparing training plan for the year. Also discussing training budgets with the management.

- Arranging external training programs.

- Figuring out nature of OD intervention needed at various levels in the organization and assisting the HOD to implement the interventions.

- Designing various non training initiatives after reviewing annual appraisals and providing empathetic information to all associates personally on how to bridge gaps.

- Deliver of soft skill training.

- To suggest to management and conduct multi rater feedback in respect of employees where required.

- Identify areas of critical skill requirements and organize training programs.

- To conduct an “Employee satisfaction survey” targeting all employees and evolve an action plan for improvement

- To conduct compensation survey if need arises.

- Determine Work levels.

- To organize external/internal training programs as and when required.

- Managing salary administration.

- Ensuring statutory compliances such as ‘Shop & Establishment certificates’ (fresh & renewal), deductions of PF, ESIC, PF, Income Tax etc is done and returns are filed.

- Timely feedback to top management on areas of concern and remedial action to be taken.
