Recruitment:
- Adherence to the 5 step recruitment process & SOP, as defined
- Bonds and its implementation/process flow
- Engagement with new joiners till the joining stage
- Coordination for induction with Head office and for joining at respective locations
Functional training:
- Training needs identification and prepare calendar in coordination with Corporate office
- Monthly publishing of Training Calendar
- Feedback/Interactive sessions with all stake holders
Safety:
- Driving all safety activities in respective SG as per plan till execution
Employee development:
- Performance and Career Enhancement (PACE) coordinator for the respective SG
- Driving Employee Development Review (EDR) exercises along with Head Sales
Field Employee Engagement:
- Implementation of planned engagement activities in respective sales geographies defined
- HR connect – coverage of all offices in the geographies
- Planning and coordination of skip level meetings with employees
- Birthday celebrations in the field offices and management of communities
- Engagement survey with Mercer and analysis of data at Head office level
- State / Zonal level sports competition
- Risk assessment of employees with respect to attrition
