HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of HR best practices and a strategic mindset to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for key roles across departments

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture

- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations

- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

- Maintain HR records and prepare reports related to HR metrics and analytics

- Lead onboarding and induction programs for new hires

- Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills

- Manage exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes

- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and deliver solutions

- Support diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards

- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools

- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities

- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement HR frameworks effectively

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- MBA in HR
