HR Learning Partner - Equity funded US Based CRM Solution Organization, Located in Whitefield
Overview of the role:
- Learning and development managers are responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programs. Designed with leadership, management, business, and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organization.
- Knowledge of the company, its clients and business strategy are all key, as these will be taken into consideration when establishing the training and performance programs.
- The role of the learning and development manager is to fundamentally assist in the organization's success, by coaching and developing its people.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the learning strategy which may include project management, learning solution development, measurement and evaluation strategy development, and other key aspects
- Identifies innovative, cost-effective, impactful solutions that address all requirements, improve learner outcomes and deliver measurable results to the business. Employs design thinking, digital design, and agile development processes
- Works independently or with subject experts to create learning programs from design through to a deliverable product, based upon agreed learning outcomes, including robust processes for assessment.
- Works with professionals and subject matter experts across the organization in designing, developing and delivering engaging training and development programs to different populations
- Regularly undertakes evaluation tools, surveys and audits to improve the programs of learning, recommending improvements to courses and /or changes to the curriculum as appropriate; Provides expert advice following an evidence-based assessment in order to improve the content, delivery, and materials
- Works in partnership with relevant stakeholders to develop effective learning and educational solutions to meet specific organizational needs, e.g. following the introduction of new roles following a skill mix review.
- Take a lead role in embedding a culture of continuous learning through the implementation, delivery, and promotion of a curriculum of learning, development and training that provides an opportunity for learning and advancement for all employees in the organization, acknowledging the diversity of the workforce
