Job Description - The Human Resources Leadership Program is a 2 year accelerated development experience for HR Professionals. As part of the program that aims to build the HR leadership pipeline, your role & responsibilities will include:
- 2 year rotational program combining 3 challenging assignments
- Assignments will be in varied HR roles like HR Business partnering, learning & development, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition etc.
- Formal training through various means in advanced human resource management and business concepts
- Participation in global and cross-business projects
The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate, you must strictly hold a full time Master/MBA in HR from a Top 5 school in India. You must strictly carry 5-7 years of post qualification experience in HR ideally as a Human Resources generalist or across various HR functions. You must have a proven track record of business impact and the ability to show the same. You carry a sharp business acumen, strong intellectual & analytical skills along with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You should be flexible in terms of relocation within India and travel as per required for the program.
