- They are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional with prior experience in the Pharmaceutical domain in a team leading role.

Description :

- Reporting into HR head, you will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and promote development.

You will also be responsible for:

- Driving the development and implementation of organisational strategy in areas like leadership coaching, performance management, talent management and succession planning.

- Responsible for the execution of the company's People & Organisation policies and programs to achieve its current and future business objectives

- Drive the culture for the organisation with various initiatives and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- Working as a strategic partner to business leaders, integrating and embodying organisation values.

Profile :

- We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to be part of growth journey of the organisation.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR with strong experience in Pharmaceutical domain is a must

- You should have worked with a reputed MNC set-ups in team leading role.

- Prior experience working as a HR Business Partner, Organisation Design, C&B and other functions of HR

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
