- Participate in the recruitment process by screening, and interviewing candidates to assess role and organization fit.
- Advise Managers on staffing plans
- Prepare salary offer in line with range penetration, internal parity and skill criticality
- Facilite onboading and induction of new hires
Talent Management and L&D
- Partner with leadership in the talent review process and identify high potential
- Partner with leadership team to develop succession plans and strategies
- Create and implement robust talent development initiatives for the division in line with corporate guideleines
- Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning
- Partner with leadership to define specific Training and Development objectives for the division aligned with the business strategy deployment/skill gap analysis/development plans
- Track and facilitate trainings as necessary
- Training Need Identification and post training assessment of training effectiveness along with managers
- Support and track team members Personal Performance Plan creation
- Coach Managers to provide candid constructive feedback
- Coach and partner with managers to address performance
