LOCATION: Gurgaon

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conceptualizing and driving various HR strategies and initiatives

- Being accountable for all Talent Management activities

- Analysing loopholes and filling in gaps, increasing efficiency of HR operations function

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on over PMS and appraisal management

- Acting as a grievance redressing system, solving complex employee relations query

- Analysing metrics, trends with HR department

- Building upon HR strategies

- Providing policy guidance

- Coordinating with various business functions connecting business and employees

- Handling complete HR business partnering department

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in an HR BP/TM role

- MBA (HR) graduates is a must

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on working of Performance Management cycles

- Excellent calibration and communication skills

- Great people connect skills
