Key role for plugHR professionals in their portfolio can be described as follows:
1. Lead the Human Resources function from business plan level supporting the client CEO in creating comprehensive HR plan.
2. Create suitable HR department structure and working model for smooth deployment of HR strategies.
3. Engage, train & lead the HR team towards achieving planned objectives against timelines actively monitoring and reporting to top management.
4. Take ownership of creating attractive workplace for client employees thus attracting finest talent for client and retaining them.
5. Set future course of HR and project development needs in the client assignments.
6. Participate in senior management decision making for client assignments as a functional head
