KRA's :
- Incumbent will be responsible in leading end to end recruitment across functions for India & other South Asia countries.
- Use social media, job boards, referrals, and other means to source candidates.
- Develop HR strategies to support organization's goals for increase in nationalization, restructuring strategy, Training and development, Recruitment and Outsourcing.
- Conduct yearly Employee engagement survey and implement the initiatives intended to support, develop, coach, and accelerate the growth of the organization's leadership and culture.
- Analyze the HR metrics report for potential trends, addressing concerns and providing recommendations to the management and stake holders.
- Implement HR policies and procedures as and when required by the business. Conducting awareness sessions for employees/managers on revised company policy & procedures.
- Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Perform Gap analysis.
- Vendor Evaluation to manage renewal and retention process; drive performance management for recruitment partners to build system efficiency.
- 8-10 Years experience in Talent Acquisition.
