POSITION OBJECTIVES:
- Lead end to end high impact HR projects in strategic capacities in the areas of talent acquisition, campus and employer branding at a group level
- Knowledge of progressive industry trends and market best practices
- Actively lead project groups in engaging with and hiring trainees/interns from premier institutes
- Leadership Hiring including lateral hiring across levels through various channels including social media
- Evaluate candidates through Behavioural Event Interviews
- Ideating and executing effective on boarding program to accelerate integration of new joinee
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives across the group especially on digital platforms
- Responsible for key HR metrics pertaining to talent acquisition, campus and employer branding
- Good knowledge in deploying HR Analytics to take informed talent decisions
The candidate must possess the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
