We are looking for a HR lead for a Startup in Energy savings space. Role details are given below:
Responsibilities :
- Help identify talent gaps and needs and maintain a live - talent needed over the next 3 months- document at all times. Refresh every month.
- Prepare detailed job descriptions for each role in co-ordination with concerned manager & team.
- Manage all recruitment steps from identification, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and finalizing candidates in coordination with concerned manager & team.
- Manage induction and training program for each new team member so they are excited to work and ready to perform.
- Prepare induction program tests (with inputs from the team) and administer the same before - releasing- an employee for full-time work with their team.
- Manage performance review, and recognition and rewards programs along-with senior management.
- Identify training and career advancement opportunities for each team member.
- Organize Inter and Intra team interactions and knowledge sharing sessions:
- Arrange for group discussions on specific important topics with inputs from team leads.
- Coordinate presentations from a few team members in every session to facilitative presentation and public speaking skill development, and knowledge transfer.
- Organize talks on interesting topics from experts in Smart Joules- network.
- Organize fun events and outings for the team.
- Manage an employee benefits program including stock options, health insurance, PFI, etc.
- Institute a formal feedback mechanism from everyone to immediate and top management.
- Enable collaborative and collective learning and team-building activities.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources from a Tier-1 Institution.
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in a meaningful HR role with considerable and measurable accomplishments.
- Humility and a collaborative spirit. Deep-seated ambition to have a significant impact at a global scale.
- Start-up or start-up-like experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A hunger to push personal limits and constantly improve.
- Treatment of the job as a source of enjoyment and fulfillment rather than a necessity.
