Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth and scalability

- Partner with founders, CXOs, and leadership to drive talent and culture initiatives

- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement efforts

- Oversee career progression frameworks, rewards, and leadership development

- Manage employee relations, sensitive workplace matters, and organizational stability

- Leverage HR analytics and best practices to drive data-backed decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from a tier 1 institute with 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in TA and HRBP roles is a must

- Proven track record in a startup environment, working closely with CXO stakeholders

- Proven expertise in recruitment and HR strategy implementation

- Experience managing and engaging talent pools from tier 1 institute

- Ability to manage priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
