HR Lead (C&B/People Analytics/Talent Mgmt)

- A leading Tech Based Saas Startup is looking for a HR Lead who will have the opportunity to work with C&B, Performance Management and HR Analytics for a highly skilled workforce.

- This role that will work closely with the HR Leader and play an instrumental role in supporting the organization's growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Benchmark competition and collaborate with leaders to establish competitive and fair Salary structure.

- Partner with benefits providers and negotiate and design cost effective and efficient benefit programs.

- Evaluate, design, and implement effective performance management system which includes performance evaluation, training and development and stakeholder management.

- Develop and implement People analytics strategies to extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations for people initiatives.

- Conduct employee surveys and design effective employee centric strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee and manage People operations, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, People administration, compliance, and policy development.

To fit the bill:

- 6+ years of experience on similar roles supporting HR analytics, employee experience and C&B

- Prior experience with B2B SaaS/Tech based startups

- MBA in HR preferred.

- Must have led HR related projects.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
