HR Lead - B2B Firm - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS

Our client is a large MNC with market leading position globally in their industry segment.

As part of growth of their India business, they are looking to hire a HR Leader for India.

Role:

- Reporting into Regional HR Head, you will be working closely with Business Leaders in India to drive culture, employee engagement and performance management.

- You will be the business partner to sales, supply chain and manufacturing teams and expected to travel 1-2 weeks in a month.

- Leading a team of 2 HR professionals, you will manage end to end HR operations for the organisation.

Key Qualifications:

- Tier 1 MBA in HR (XLRI/TISS/MDI..) with 5 to 8 years experience is a must.

- You should have experience working as a HRBP for sales and manufacturing set ups in an MNC environment.

- Strong communication skills with prior experience of working with global stakeholders will be preferred.

- Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
