HR & International Payroll Specialist
- Experience in End 2 End Payroll Processing across all regions
- Timely & accurate Payroll Processing, Exit Reimbursement Process across regions
- Country taxation on employee salaries - Liability reconciliation, deposits, return filing
- Payroll accounting - Reconciliation, Provisions, review of payroll expenses & liabilities
- Payroll & Statutory compliances
- Audits & SOX compliances - Tax audit, statutory audits, process audit, SOX / global audits
MIS & Profitable analysis
- End to end payroll accounting for international subsidiaries including journal entries and reconciliations
- Partner with HR to insure accurate employee data maintenance globally
- Process/Coordinate payroll tax payments with the payroll service provider/local tax authorities
- Ensure receipt of all supporting documents with related to Full & Final Settlement and preparation of the same.
- Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments, calculation payment and reconciliation of tax
- Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries
- Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing
- Liaise with HR staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all payroll-related systems
- Perform payroll systems monitoring and auditing as required
- Optimize payroll processes with automation & standardization
- Assist with end to end system testing for version upgrades and legislative updates
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits
- To support strategic and operational Human Resources
- To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters.
- Provide an end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensuring job descriptions for all positions within the company are relevant to the needs of the company
- Advise and support managers with employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy
Qualification And Experience:
1. 4-8 years of experience in HR & end to end international payroll processing. Financial back ground & accounting knowledge & standards, understanding of taxation & payroll compliance of all regions. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
2. Excellent Verbal communication skills
3. Strong conceptual understanding and experience with Payroll Accounting
4. Ability to embrace technology and change
5. Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
6. Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
