Our Company has freezed the KRAs for our resources. The IA would be responsible for doing the analysis of KRAs vis-a-vis the actual performance of the concerned people and would be providing the report for top management duly mentioning the reasons / shortcomings for non performance / under performance.

- The report need not be only statistical in nature. Rather it shall also contain the views of the IA and ways and means to improve upon the performance of the employees.

- In addition he would also be responsible for sourcing of candidates for the Organization for various locations (As and when the requirement arises).

- He also needs to suggest the ways to improve the general efficacy of the employees and to motivate them.

- Besides, he would also be overseeing the Admin functions of the Company.
