HR Head - Textile/Garment/Mfg

An Indian Textile & Garment Conglomerate is looking for Head-Human Resource who will be responsible for ~12000 people workforce across Corporate, Admin, Store & Factories.

The vertical HR Heads (Manufacturing, Retail, Corporate, OD, Admin) will be reporting to this position.

Position: Head Human Resource

Reporting to: CEO

Experience:

- A veteran in the industry (Experience of 13-15 years, PG Batch of 1998/1999/2000)

- Prior experience with Manufacturing industry

- Experience on government projects will be an advantage

- S/he is responsible for integrating the entire value chain from manufacturing to retail front end staff.

Deliverable:

- Formulate HR strategy to help the Unit meet its challenges and opportunities

- Be an active business partner through the development of appropriate organization architecture (structure and roles)

- Assess competence / talent risks within the organization and develop steps to mitigate them

- Ensure a robust pipeline of leadership talent through the talent management system

- Focus on Organization Development initiatives in line with group norms and unit requirements

- Strengthen people practices in Retail

- Ensure harmonious Employee Relationship in all its constituents

- Ensure Statutory Compliance

- Actively network and play a significant role in industry forums

- Ensure smooth administrative services are provided to the organization

- Provide inspirational leadership to the team and lead by example
