About our Client - Our client is a leading organization in the security industry with operations across the globe. With plans of both inorganic and organic growth in south East Asia, they are looking for a HR Leader to guide them through the same.
Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and the Asia Pacific HR Head, you will be responsible for the following in an individual contributor capacity:
- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy
- Ensuring effective compensation and benefits strategy while managing external partners for the same
- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region
- Leading talent acquisition initiatives for the region
- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid term appraisal cycle at organization level
- Conceptualizing the talent development strategy for the region
- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region
The Successful Candidate - You must be a HR professional with at least ten years of experience within a brick and mortar industry in an end to end generalist profile. Exposure of working within high integration environments along with an openness to travel across the region is a must. Excellent communication skills with experience of working with business stakeholders will be pivotal in your selection.
