About our Client:

Our client is amongst the leading global names within the fashion retail space. As new entrants in the India market and vast expansion plans, they are looking for an HR Head for their production line to be based in Bangalore.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Country Head, your responsibilities will include:

- Driving and implementation of the regional human resources strategy aligned with the Global HR Strategy

- Manage the entire gamut of HR activities including recruitment, compensation, talent management and performance

- Alignment of the HR strategy to achieve business goals

- Ensuring a performance driven culture by designing the key performance indicators for the region

- With the team, detail the annual organization plan - structure and head count, budget aligned with the five year plan based on the business needs

- Drives internal and external recruitment; compensation and benefits; people development – orientation, learning and development, performance development; talent management and succession management aligned with long term strategy

- Ensures compliance to company policies including Code of Ethics and legal norms

- Promotes the companies' values and employer branding initiatives.

- As a leader you focus on inspiration, delegation, feedback and motivation

- Your responsibility is to lead by example, always driven by values and the ambition to make people and business grow

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 10-15 years of experience in HR with exposure to working in an MNC environment.

- Experience in setting and implementing strategies and /or HR projects is essential for this role.

- Exposure to working within a matrix organization in an MNC is desired.

- We are looking for candidates from the Retail / Fashion / Sports / FMCG with a Tier 1 MBA.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate success through prior work experience is required.
