Responsibilities :
- Lead team of recruiters in sourcing senior tech talent & working closely with founder.
- Ability to build strategy around sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Must have experience interacting with global customers and stakeholders
- Coach recruiting team in conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within company's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Own writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Expert with metrics. Experience in Excel preferred.
- Contribute to building and retaining a top notch recruiting team
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
- Experience building and leading a recruiting team
- Proven ability to create, implement, and drive a successful recruiting strategy
- Expert with metrics. Creating mechanisms, interpreting data, and leading team to appropriate actions based on data.
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree from top tier institutes only.
