Position Description:
Position Title: Head - Organisation Structure
Location : Angul ( Odisha)
Reports To (Title) : CHRO
Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Human Resource).
Experience- 10-15 years
Organization Structure and Design & Manning:
- Prepare & maintain organization structure along with employee & profile mapping.
- Develop holistic org and people plans for individual leadership teams.
- Leverage business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking, data, and best-in-class OD resources to inform decisions on org structures, processes, communication, and similar levers.
- Ensure that diagnostics of org challenges are accurate, effective, and take a holistic view of the organization.
- Design and implement well-thought through change plans that account for durable effect.
- HR Scorecards, Manning and its analytic, Designed & rolled out HR scorecards, Manning flash, HR budgeting, business analytic.
- Forecast of manpower required and planning & prepare manning table; prepare manning table.
- Finalized job descriptions, conducted internal assessment of employees and built talent pipeline for future requirement based on merit evaluation; worked on succession management pool.
Job evaluation:
- Led the Job Evaluation for benchmarking within the organization: Successfully implemented the Job Evaluation for all unique roles within the organization.
- Managing Organization structure, roles and responsibilities from time to time.
- Job evaluation is the systematic process for assessing the relative worth of jobs within an organization.
