HR Head - Operations  Qualification : MBA is a must  Should have experience of working in a Plant and should have graduated to a Corporate level HR role.  - Work closely with Corporate HR for implementing HR agenda at site.  - Handle negotiations with Unions and Contractors, and ensure a peaceful industrial relations climate.  - Closely monitor union activities for smooth running of the organization.  - Deal with various statutory bodies, with a particular reference to the Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act,, Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Security Guards Board Act, Workmen s compensation Act, Provident Funds Act, Payment of Bonus Act, etc. and to statutory compliances  - Supervise time keeping & monthly salary details  - Monitor and ensure compliance to statutory norms/regulations  Reporting to : VP - HR  Experience : 10-15 years
