This role will articulate and drive the HR strategy and programs for the Group. The role is one of the manufacturers of electronic controls.
The key responsibilities of the role would involve :
- Be a strategic advisor to the CMD, business units & CEO for all businesses on all aspects of people management; work closely with the CEO’s of multiple businesses to support the top leadership team to play their dual roles as individual leaders, and as a collective group
- Define the HR strategy of company in line with the growth and expansion objectives of its business units; create both long and short term HR Roadmaps, to achieve the strategy
- Change Management: Should lead transformation in organisation, execution of new organization structures, sensitizing on organizational needs (leadership pipeline development, organizational processes etc) by deploying very strong level of competence in change management.
- Provide strategic HR due diligence and post-merger integration support for driving the inorganic growth ambitions for the Group
- Define the HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and people needs
- Lead the team to design and implement strong HR systems and processes within each business group, with respect to - Recruitment, On boarding, Performance Management, Training and Development, Rewards, Benefits, Career Management, Work Environment and Communication
- Create systems for the identification and development of high potential talent - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company
- Guide and coach the HR team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR solutions and services
Candidate Requirements :
The client is open to look at HR personnel from any industry
MBA with work experience of atleast 15years, with dominant experience in an Indian Business House working with MD and Chairman
Atleast 5years of experience at a Senior Management Level
