About our Client - Our client is a reputed integrated textile and garment manufacturing company in India. The company produces fabrics for the domestic market and garments largely for exports. They are having their presence across operations ranging from yarn dyeing to garment manufacturing. Their business includes designing, yarn dyeing, weaving, processing, dyeing and garment manufacturing. The company operates in two segments namely, Textiles and Garments.
Job Description - Leading and developing a strategic road map for the India HR function Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication
- Leading organizational design, restructuring, talent management and capability building initiatives
- Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization
The Successful Candidate - You would hold 10+ years of experience in HR, Change Management, Organization Design, Talent Management, HR Strategy, Compensation and Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen. You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
