HR Head - Manufacturing/Plastic Recycling

This position is responsible for ensuring End to end management of Plant & Company HRM Activities including IR, Payroll, Administration and Recruitment.

- Managing both Plant and Corporate HR

Your role as a HR Head (Corporate and Plant) would encompass - Managing the Corporate and Plant HR activities

- Leading the HR team and ensuring support on IR / labor law related matters.

- Should be able to lead, develop, motivate and guide the Team effectively to achieve the set Company's Goals.

- End-to-end responsibility for HR for the Plant & Corporate

- Manage relations with the business

Must-Have:

- 15 - 20 years experience in a manufacturing set-up , experience with exposure to managing both Plant and Corporate HR

- MBA HR/MSW/MHRM/MLS (Full-Time Regular) from a reputed institute

- Excellent Communication Skills,

- Should have good mix of exposure to HR and IR
