We have the following requirement with MNC Clients in Mumbai
HR Head Learning & Development - 10-14 yrs exp
- Looking for Post graduate in HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc. & Certification in facilitation/ Instructional Design preferred with 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant exp in Learning & Development
- Responsible for setting up the L+D vertical for 25,000+ employees - process & behavioral training
result oriented and structured
- Travelling is required for 4-5 days / month
- Execution of L+D for pan India basis
- Role is to Strategize, Manage & Deliver management & leadership development training interventions for pan-India (includes TNA, TNE, Learning roadmaps)
- Customized interventions based on specific business needs
Target groups: ITES / Call Centres / Services Sector like BFSI, Telecom Hospitality / IT companies
