One of our client is hiring for Head HR role based out of Pune . This is a for a Offshore Development Centre for a reputed Financial firm of US.

The ideal Candidate should have 15+ yrs of experience ,

- Should have worked for IT based firms

- Should handle a head count of 1000 - 1500 employees

- The person should have experience in Talent Acquisition , Talent Engagement Talent Delivery, Compensation and benefits should be able to handle a team
