We have a position open for with one of Client in Bangalore for a Head HR

We are looking for candidates preferably from IT / Product R & D organizations

The Human Resources Head has overall responsibility for the HR function of the Product Innovation Business in India

Candidate Details :

Qualification: Should be a MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institute

- 15 + years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions in IT / Product R & D oriented organizations

- Sound knowledge and experience in HR strategy, compensation & benefits, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training and development

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members

- Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills
