- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization. Maintains staffing requirements by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Compiling a HR Strategy for the business to reflect the business strategy of the company
- Providing professional HR advice to the management
- Oversee the Training & Development processes
- Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, wage and salary administration, benefits, and management training.
- Develop people strategies and processes and build strong people process in the organization.
- Responsible for handling Statutory Compliance, Industrial & Employee Relations, Liasioning, Operational Excellence and ERP in the organization
- Well Conversant with Payroll, Consultants, Labor Courts.
- Handling Labor Office & Liasionsing.
