HR Head for a BU - Logistics - XL/TISS

For one of our client a fast growing logistics firm; we are looking for a Head HR for a BU of about 1000 employee base (off and on rolls).

MBA from XLRI / TISS / SIBM etc.. with 10-12 yrs exp. This is based at chennai; Knowledge of local languages is preferred.

# 10 - 12 yrs in a HR Generalist role ( Mix of both plant and corporate HR)

# Should be able to independently lead the HR

# Exposure to IR & HR is must

# Ability to work with the Business Heads; CEO & leadership team

The position is based at Chennai.
