HR Head - FMCG - XLRI/TISS/MDI

Role: Regional HR Head for South India

Direct Reporting: VP, South Region

Job Summary:

- Complete responsibility for creating the local HR tactics based on company's HR strategy as well as development and monitoring of all HR related processes for entire South Region.

- Also, to ensure the effective implementation and execution of processes for achieving HR objectives for entire South India Region.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years experience in HR, preferably currently handling a Generalist / Business Partner role

- Full time MBA (latest 2008 batch) from very good B-school’s like SCMHRD, SIMS, SIBM, XLRI, XISS, IMI, MDI, etc. mandatory
