Our Client is a leading MNC, based in Gurgaon.

We are looking for

Educational Qualifications

MBA with HR specialization with 10+, Premier B school

Certification in OD/OE techniques will be an added advantage

Working experience on partnering with the business on delivery

Role entails

- To translate business strategy and objectives into effective HR management interventions, taking into account different cultural/ environmental constraints.

- To use HR data & information (benchmarking data, metrics) diagnostic skills, business acumen and customer relationships to identify, articulate and deliver value propositions at the leadership to make well balanced strategic decisions on People Investments.

- To translate employee engagement into practical applications with business leaders and link these to the wider set of HR instruments (eg; learning & development plans)
