HR Head/Chief Human Resource Officer - Manufacturing

Our Client :

Our client is a MNC in building material space with a market leading position. To strengthen their team, they are currently looking for Head HR based out of Dhaka to manage the growth envisioned.

Job Description :

Reporting to the MD and functionally to regional HR lead, you will be responsible for :

- Developing, adapting, and executing the People Strategy for the Group in Bangladesh, in line with business strategy, to achieve key business objectives through people and organization structure.

- Leading a team of HR professionals who work closely with the Commercial, Production and Logistics leaders to address specific needs and build high-performing teams by attracting, developing and retaining top talent.

- Reviewing existing talent across organization - senior and middle management, as well as their respective teams - to determine skills and experience gaps.

- Driving culture of ongoing performance management

- Reviewing hierarchy and reporting structures - and ensure they facilitate (rather than hamper) performance and decision making

Ideal Candidate :

- Ideally you have 20+ years of MNC experience in a core manufacturing environment in a large scale organization preferably having an employee base of 5000+ people.

- You must have good exposure to IR as well and since role is in Dhaka it is preferred that you are conversant in Bangla too.
