Essential Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design and change and recruiting and selection
- Leading and leveraging the HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network
- Participating on the HR leadership team
- Partnering with the leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource
capital while actively managing headcount targets and assisting in budget management
- Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback
- Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Recruiting, mentoring, coaching & training direct (if applicable) and indirect reports on activities within areas of responsibility
- Managing direct reports in supporting the implementation of HR strategies and management of HR processes within the
business (if applicable)

Qualifications/Requirements
ELIGIBLE BATCHES: 1998-2001 (TEIR 1 MBA Colleges only)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations.
- Minimum 10 years of increasing HR generalist and/or HR manager responsibility (i.e. handling employee relations,compensation, recruiting and performance management) with clear career progression
- Must have experience of leading HR in increasing HR generalist responsibility (i.e. handling employee relations, compensation,
- recruiting and performance management) and leadership experience with clear career progression
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and take action on business priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
