HR Generalist - TISS/XLRI

HR Generalist (6 to 8 years)

We have an opening in a leading MNC in Bangalore or Hyderabad. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in HR Generalist role. 2 years full time MBA in HR from Premier B school will be preferedt.

Responsibilities:

- Providing human resources support which include staffing, retention management, career development, performance management, compensation and
benefits, employee engagement etc..

- Communication and Implementation of HR policies and practices

- Analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions.

Location: Noida

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B schools with continuous experience of 6 to 8 years in HR (Candidates passed MBA from TISS/SCMHRD/ MDI/ IMT/ SCMHRD/SIBM etc in 2004/2005/2006 batch will be preferred)

- Candidates must have excellent leadership, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .
