Job Description - As the HR leader for the organization, you will work with the functions heads while leading one HR Executive and report directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and contributing to the growth of the business by establishing an entire robust HR system

- Driving the complete recruitment process covering manpower planning with the business, sourcing of top talent from the market and carrying it to selection closure

- Partnering with the function heads to design and drive the performance management system and leading the competency development plan for talent across the organization

- Linking the rewards and incentive plan to the performance management system

- Identifying training needs, formulating training programmes/schedules and measuring effectiveness of the same on an ongoing basis

- Leading the associate engagement and welfare activities in conjunction with organization culture

The Successful Candidate -

- As a successful candidate, you carry 7-10 years of experience and hold a Masters/MBA in HR from one the top ten B-Schools in India.

- You must have a technology hiring background ideally from an e-commerce business and have a strong exposure to setting HR systems in place from scratch.

- While you are young & energetic, you thrive in an environment of self-starters. Prior experience in a startup will be a huge plus.
