MBA HR Full time with 2-4 yrs exp
Role to develop strategies with Business Unit Leaders to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and ongoing needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
- To provide support in end to end Business HR activities.
- To provide support in execution of various programs like employee recognition, recruitment, data analysis, employee communication, employee surveys etc.
- To manage day-to-day HR services independently.
Experience:
4+ years with at least last 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Role
Critical Skills Needed:
- Ability to learn and understand the business
- Innovative and effective talent acquisition specialist
- Focus on action and outcomes
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management; strong consultative skills.
- Experience in Recruitment Analytics
- Good interviewing Skills
- Good MS Office Skills - Excel & Powerpoint
- To partner with the senior line business management team.
