- Our client is a global firm in the strategy consulting space looking to expand the footprint in India. The role involves working directly with the leadership team and an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Description :

Reporting into the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for:

- Driving the entire gamut of HR, starting from recruitment to onboarding and exit

- Managing the entire engagement and work on the overall talent and performance framework


- Supporting in designing talent acquisition strategies, succession planning framework, HR policies, driving employee engagement initiatives and PMS

- Driving talent management process design, talent retention programs, career pathing, career management interventions and its implementation

- Working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth



- Being the touchpoint of the people in India and driving training and learning initiatives



- Building employer branding, to attract top talent and control attrition


Profile:

- Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes with 5-8 years of experience of working with industries across sectors, except IT

- Experience of working with small boutique consulting firms will be a big plus



- Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency



- Strategic HR professional who can get the engine running smoothly, understand the requirements well and drive them to completion



- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills



- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team



- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure



- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
