Job Description
Role Summary:
HR Generalist role with focus on Talent Acquisition and Special Projects in the domain of Change Management, Compensation and Organizational Design. Leading projects contributing to the culture transformation exercise and having very high business impact
Role and Responsibilities-
Leading Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions:
- Identify the right talent and create a great candidate experience
- Develop & roll-out Values and Purpose Create interventions for cascade till the last mile
- Take engagement initiatives contributing to the culture transformation exercise
Special Projects (Examples below):
- Employee Productivity Driving interventions to enhance Sales Productivity & Factory Productivity
- Compensation & Benefits Designing the right Compensation & Incentive structure
- Bench-marking Understanding industry standards and provide recommendations for relevant critical areas
- Communication Strategy Both external communication (Employer Branding) & Internal Communication (Employee Engagement, Develop & roll-out Values and Purpose etc.)
Skills Required -
- Must have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in HR in high quality work environments
- Sales HR stint in an FMCG / FMCD set-up mandatory
- Stint in Compensation & Benefits desirable
- Passionate about writing & creating content
- Excellent written and spoken English, creative and resourceful
- Project management skills, ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions as per the need
- High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process
