Job Description - Reporting to the the Director- Shared Services, you will be responsible for:
- Execute the key functional stakeholders management strategy through a well managed communication and engagement plan for the global shared services centre with co-ordination across North America,Latin America and Asia Pacific
- Actively support service management in executing stakeholder management strategy
- Ensures high client satisfaction by validating service delivery meets agreed upon client requirements for service with the service management team
- Lead, with appropriate support from service management, operational issue resolution / escalation management from clients
- Ensure Operational Stability with a client-centric mindset in all processes
- Hold the Operations Leader accountable for performance improvement and metrics management
- Ensure Productivity Targets are met Provide Work Process / Function Leadership to Ops leader as SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
- Business partner on HR Generalist activities for the Shared Services Centre
The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant must carry 6-10 years of generalist HR experience. Experience in a shared services set-up is preferred. A full-time PG qualification in HR is a must along with professional experience in a reputed MNC. High levels of client service orientation, excellent communication skills and a responsive attitude are key characteristics for the successful candidate. Exposure to BPOs/KPOs/service industries will be an added plus
